The town of Lembeke falls under the municipality of Kaprijke, in a particularly beautiful part of Flanders halfway between Knokke and Ghent. The campsite has been operated by VZW Vlaamse Kampeerterreinen since 1998, under a notarial lease that ends on December 31, 2025.

This campsite is a type of ‘residential park’ with largely permanent camping pitches. There is also enough space for tourist passers-by. The campsite can be continued in its current operation by the new owner.
Subject to obtaining planning permission, the site can also be used as a holiday park.
Because the new owner takes over the current lease, the possible construction of holiday homes can be started from 01 January 2026 at the earliest.

The site, which covers more than 3.7 HA, is arranged with a zone for mobile homes, a zone for campers and a zone for passers-by, infrastructure and buildings.

The pitches are nice and spacious, which offers the necessary privacy to the campers. The pitches are located on lawned avenues that open onto a tarmac lane in the center of the site and with a side lane to the entrance/exit.

The former barn of 320m² was converted into a canteen with a terrace for one half and sanitary block for the other half.
The former farmhouse of 85 m² is currently used as storage.

Other furnishings and structures belong to the tenant and are therefore not included in this sale. It concerns a wooden chalet, a container building with reception and first aid room and play equipment and a roof over pétanque courts.
