SOLD – Along a large forest area in the south of the Eifel is a nice and well-arranged campsite. Taken over in 2017 by the current owners who have refurbished it in recent years and made it a good running business again. They are ready for a new challenge and offer the campsite with complete inventory for takeover.

The campsite is currently divided into 5 ‘areas’:
– Comfort field: ten measured places along the stream where both caravans and tents can be set up.
– Comfort+ places: a total of eight places especially intended for Campers and the larger caravans.
– Tent field: ten tent pitches on a separate field, which is deliberately kept low-traffic.
– Nature places: on the hill there are 3 terraces (4th is possible) that can be used by nature lovers or groups.
– Safari tents: We have built a total of 4 Safari tents at two places on the site. These tents are wholly owned by the campsite and are fully equipped for 4 to 6 people.
– Annual pitches: The south side of the campsite is currently used for annual pitches.

Restaurant
The restaurant currently has 38 seats (10 tables) and a large bar. Next to this is a playroom furnished with a pool table and table football.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a professional oven, deep fryer, large 4-burner stove (ceramic), baking tray, pizza oven and ample work space.

Sanitary
In the ‘main building’, to the left and right of the Gaststatte, there are two sanitary rooms at the rear. These were completely renovated in 2019, with a new floor, hanging toilets and Trespa partitions.

Living space
There are 2 chalets on the campsite that are used by the owners as living space. One 2-room chalet with private toilet (32 m2) is owned by the campsite, the other (3-room, with separate bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet), 37 m2) is private property, but can also be used taken over. Both accommodations are insulated (including double glazing), heated, have a kitchen and are connected to electricity, water and sewer.
